ClipControl is a small tool to enhance the clipboard for the Windows NT line of OS' (Win2k, XP and later).
Once Clipcontrol is running it makes the Capslock key into a clipboard control key, allowing easy pasting of old clips (history) and specially saved clips.
It also has functions to alter marked text in program, for example to capitalize a section of text, or columnize another.
